Looking for a space for your next community meeting or nonprofit gathering?

Our Roy Noon Meeting Hall is available to qualifying nonprofit organizations and community groups at no rental charge. A refundable deposit may be required, depending on the type of use and applicable facility requirements.

Who Can Use the Room?

The Roy Noon Meeting Hall is intended for:

  • Nonprofit, general public benefit organizations available to residents of the District, i.e. local clubs, school organizations, and civic groups
  • Local government agencies and County offices

 

Important Use Restrictions

  • Because we are a special district, the Roy Noon Meeting Hall is not available for private social events or personal celebrations. This includes birthday parties, baby showers, and similar private gatherings.
  • All uses are subject to facility rules, availability, and district approval.

  • Maximum occupancy is 49
  • Address is 231 East Hawthorne Street, Fallbrook CA
  • There are 10 tables and 26 chairs for use, a restroom, and small sink
  • Room hours are 8 am – 10 pm Monday through Sunday (upon availability)
  • Groups must provide proof of insurance, naming North County Fire Protection District as an additionally insured party
